WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as batteries, food, sprays, liquids or any consumables cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
We require a proof of purchase and the item to be sent back to us through mail. Do let us know if you would like an exchange or refund through e-mail first so we can send you the necessary details.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
As our current brick-and-mortar store is under renovation, please sent us an email regarding your concerns and we will be happy to help you out.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
The current payment options available will only be bank transfers and paynow/paylah.
